We currently ship exclusively within Germany.

All orders are shipped with DHL.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
4. Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 2-3 business days.
During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
5. Delivery Time
DHL domestic shipments typically take 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Delays may occur due to high volumes, weather conditions, or DHL-related issues.
6. Click & Collect
We offer free Click & Collect at Vivero Coffee.
Orders placed online are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours.
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to collect.

Pickup hours may vary; please follow the instructions provided in the ready-for-pickup email.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us at hello@viverocoffee.com.
Include your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable).
We will support you in initiating a claim with DHL.
9. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
We are not liable for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect address details.
