Frequently asked questions

Who are these classes for?

Our beginner friendly coffee classes are perfect for anyone who wants to learn the basics of making great coffee at home. Each class focuses on one core skill such as milk frothing, espresso extraction, or sensory training. Whether you want to improve your latte art, steam milk like a pro, explore different espresso techniques, or simply taste and understand coffee better, these classes give you the essential skills you need.

Do I need any prior experience with coffee or espresso?

No prior experience is needed. Our classes are designed for complete beginners, so even if you have never made coffee before, you will be guided step by step through all the basics from espresso to milk steaming and sensory skills.

Will I be able to make good coffee at home after taking this class?

While we cannot guarantee perfect results on the first try, our classes give you all the essential basics and plenty of hands-on practice. By learning and applying each step yourself, you will gain the skills and confidence to make great coffee at home.

Do I need to bring any equipment or ingredients?

No need to bring anything. All equipment and ingredients are provided during the class, so you can just show up ready to learn and enjoy the experience.

Are the classes hands-on or mostly demonstration?

Our classes combine demonstration and hands on practice. You will first see the technique explained and demonstrated, then practice it yourself with guidance from Henni and Fynn. Because each class focuses on one specific skill, you have enough time to really understand and apply what you learn.

Can I ask questions and get individual guidance?

Absolutely. You are encouraged to ask questions at any time, and our instructors provide individual guidance to help you improve your technique and get the most out of each session.
